Meet the Staff
Jason Wilson
Executive Director
Jason has significant operations experience in the senior living, property management, and higher education industries.. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. In addition, he holds both a Master of Arts and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Lakeland University. He resides with his wife Courtney in Greendale. The couple has three grown children: Carley, Cade, and Kiah. Jason enjoys fishing and coaching basketball and football.

Maryann Sander
Assistant Executive Director
As Assistant Executive Director MaryAnn manages FGHC's Donation Receiving Center as well as the day to day operations of FGHC's Amazing Volunteers. She has a broad background in retail, education, and fitness. Most recently, MaryAnn worked at the Wisconsin Athletic Club as a yoga instructor and front desk team member. She holds a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. She also holds a number of yoga certifications. MaryAnn has two adult sons. In her free time, she enjoys dancing, reading, and gardening.

Yathzee Inman
Assistant Executive Director
Yathzee brings his passion for helping people to his role as Assistant Executive Director. He has more than 20 years of support experience in the business and IT industries. He holds an associates degree in electronics engineering technology from ITT Technical Institute and a bachelor’s degree in business management from the Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE). Yathzee is an avid listener of smooth contemporary jazz.. He's currently learning to play the drums!

Roberto plays a vital role in the daily operations of the center, helping ensure a welcoming and high-quality shopping experience for our Spanish-speaking clients. He proudly shares that he is “Venezuelan by roots and Caribbean by heart” a reflection of the warmth and vibrancy he brings to every interaction.

Trained as a hairstylist in Venezuela, Roberto is now working toward obtaining his cosmetology license in the U.S., continuing a craft that has been his passion for over 18 years. For him, styling is more than technique, it’s a way to help people see the best version of themselves. He credits Colombia as a pivotal chapter in his journey, offering him space to grow both professionally and personally.

When asked about his greatest success, Roberto doesn’t hesitate: it’s the smile of a client, the quiet moment of gratitude that follows transformation. That, he says, is what makes every step of his journey worthwhile.

Caleb Balton
Client Shopping Specialist
As Client Shopping Specialist, Caleb helps to provide a quality shopping experience for our clients. His background includes a variety of customer service and retail positions. In addition, he interned at ArtWorks for Milwaukee. In this role, he helped children develop their poetry skills through one-on-one coaching and group workshops. Caleb holds an associates degree in liberal arts from Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC). His interests include poetry and acting.

Maggie Lessor
Client Shopping Specialist
Maggie helps to provide a quality shopping experience for our clients. Her background includes customer service and marketing. Prior to joining FGHC, she held the position of Marine Manager at Milwaukee Duffy. A Disney enthusiast, she worked as a lifeguard at Disney World while in college.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Maggie is committed to keeping clothing out of landfills; she estimates that 85% of her clothing is secondhand.
